We're so glad you are following along our in our GROW series. GROW is a companion Sunday Series to our Growth Track at New Hope Hawaii Kai. Our Growth Track is our way of helping people KNOW GOD, GET CONNECTED, GROW DEEP & FIND PURPOSE. Whether you are new in your faith, reconnecting with your faith in God or just wanting to explore more of what God is doing at our church, following along in our GROW series is a great place to start. Below you will find everything you need to follow our weekly series. Every week, we'll add video links here (below) that you or your Life Group can watch and then discuss afterwards. You'll also find links to the Growth Track Books. We recommend that you use the Growth Track Books that we have printed, so if you need one stop by the Next Steps table in the lobby after our 9AM Service or stop by our church office during office hours and we'd love to get one to you.
Step 1: Know God
Step 1 in our GROW series and in our Growth Track Manual is: KNOW GOD. We'll learn what the Bible teaches about what it means to KNOW GOD and how to love Him with every part of our life. You can follow along in your Growth Track book. We cover:
- The Power of the Good News of Jesus
- What a life of delight looks like in Jesus
- Why a Community is so important to our faith and journey with God
- Why your Personal Story (testimony) is so important
Step 2: Get Connected
Step 2 in our GROW series and in our Growth Track manual is: Get Connected. Step 2 will help you discover who we are, why we’re here and where we’re going as a church. You’ll also discover who you are in Christ, and what He is calling you to do. It's a way for us to dive deeper into The Who, what, where, why when and how of our faith. We cover:
- Who we are at New Hope Hawaii Kai and why we we are here
- What being part of a church means
- Our identity and calling in Christ
- Our assignment: Where God is asking us to live out our identity and calling
- How we are supposed to grow in our understanding and practice of who we are in Jesus
Steps 3 & 4: Grow Deep & Find Purpose
Step 3 in our GROW series and in our Growth Track manual is: Grow Deep & Find Purpose. Step 3 will help you find your place at New Hope Hawaii Kai by understanding your personality, spiritual gifts and passions. We cover:
- What it means to be a leader
- What your God-given Spiritual gifts are
- Understanding your personality
- How to develop your own spiritual growth plan to help you grow in Christ and His character
- How to Connect to the opportunities available at New Hope to make a difference in your community and serve others by using your God-given gifts
