The middle and high school years are some of the most important seasons of life, and we believe no student should walk through them alone. New Hope Youth is where students discover who God made them to be, build real friendships, and grow a faith that's truly their own. Every week we worship together, dig into a message that speaks to real life, and have a ton of fun along the way. We meet Thursday nights, 6:30–8:15 PM, at the Ministry Center in Koko Marina (above Moena Sweets). Come as you are, straight from school or practice, and find your place.

What We Do

More than a hangout. A place to belong.

A typical Thursday night is equal parts fun, friendship, and faith. Whether a student is exploring Jesus for the first time or has grown up in church, there's a place for them here. Here's what a night with New Hope Youth looks like.

Games & Good Times

We take fun seriously. From high-energy games to just hanging out, every night gives students room to laugh, compete, and connect. It's the kind of fun that breaks the ice and turns strangers into friends.

Friendships & Life Groups

Faith grows best together. In our Life Groups, students go deeper with people their own age and leaders who genuinely care, building lifelong friendships along the way. This is where students are known, encouraged, and challenged to follow Jesus for real.

Worship & the Word

Every night we worship God through music and open the Bible together. Our messages are practical and honest about what students actually face, always pointing them to the purpose, identity, and hope they find in Jesus.

Here are some more things you should know.

God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God. Unlimited in time, space, knowledge, and power, the Father has planned, for His glory, all that comes to pass and purposed from eternity to redeem a people for Himself. In His sovereignty, He is neither author nor approver of sin.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. On earth, Jesus was 100% God and 100% man. He is the only man ever to have lived a sinless life. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross for mankind, and atoned for our sins through the shedding of His blood. He rose from the dead on the third day according to the Scriptures, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return again in power and glory.

The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. He gives every believer a spiritual gift when they are saved. Christians should seek to live under His control daily.

Salvation is a gift from God to man. Man can never make up for his sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can man be saved from sin’s penalty. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith. God raised him from the dead and now, by grace, offers as a free gift eternal life to all who follow Christ, by faith, as their Lord and Savior. That is why salvation can be found in Christ alone.

Marriage and sexual intimacy are wonderful gifts from God to be stewarded for his glory. God’s design for marriage is to be between one man and one woman for life. Biblical marriage requires that both people have biological differences from birth as male and female. Any sexual relationship or activity outside of biblical, covenanted marriage is sinful and is not blessed by God. While marriage is a gift from God, we also believe that singleness can be a gift from God and can be God’s call on a person’s life.
